In a “Circus on hot coals,” the teams from the Camel Farm and Tzuk Farm throw a real party of food, drink, and music—a celebration for both the stomach and the soul. Kitchens are set up in the open using natural fire—smokers, tabuns, bonfires, grills, and other equipment. The chefs fill poike pots, jars, and pans with delicious food, and a lot happens with the hands of these guys, who lovingly season and care for the ingredients.
